Our client in Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield wanted a complete bathroom remodel and refurbishment that included removing a dividing wall to the WC toilet and airing cupboard to make the bathroom more spacious. The bathroom door was repositioned, and the loft ladder moved to allow for better access.

The existing bathroom was completely removed and disposed of and the walls and ceiling re-boarded and re-plastered. The flooring was removed, strengthened and sealed, including over-boarded and specialist tiling from floor to ceiling was carried out and the ceiling was painted with water resistant white matt emulsion paint.

A wet floor was installed in the walk-in shower area and custom boxing was constructed on the shower wall to conceal shower plumbing and to create a niche / shelves. Oak finish units were installed throughout.

For this bathroom renovation we used Keuco, Roca, Cifial, Radox, HIB, Acquabella and Kudos.

From the moment we sat down with Adrian at Bayliss to discuss our new ensuite shower room we felt reassured that we were in good hands. Having years of experience, he clearly knows what he is talking about! He discussed with us the various options, including what we could realistically have based on the size of the room and what wouldn’t work, and answered our questions as they arose.
